Many thanks for the installation of your silent roof system, I must admit that your system works better than ever expected, reducing the rain noise to a level that we can now hear ourselves talking without having to raise our voices.
The system has allowed the conservatory to be used for watching TV without having to have it at full volume, plus reducing the heat dramatically on those hot summer days, with the added benefit that bright sunshine is no longer a problem.
Only one question Ron "HOW" did you do that :-) ???Many thanks again,

With reference to the recent installation of the silent roof system to our conservatory, I wish to let you know that we are very pleased with the result, and particularly the efficient way that your men fitted the system.
We are now able to remain in the conservatory at all times even when it is raining quite heavily.

Thank you for your letter.
It has been four months since my conservatory roof was treated with your system. During this Autumn period there has been the usual high volume of heavy rain, often driven by high winds. So I think this has been a fair test of the silent roof system.
My wife, having disabilities, spends a great deal of her time in the conservatory watching television and reading. Before the system was fitted the noise of the rain falling on the plastic roof was such that she was obliged to turn the TV volume up almost to full power. If this continued for too long she would have to retreat to another part of the house. Your system has reduced the noise to a level where she no longer has to adjust the volume of the TV set.
I would certainly recommend the noise reduction qualities of the system.Yours sincerely,
